Visible Light's video compression studio in Orlando is not an encoder mill. We care about quality. Your video must pass our review before we send it to you. When your viewers see good quality video, it reflects upon you and reflects upon us.

For high-quality offline MPEG2 encoding, Visible Light's studio uses the new Cinema Craft Encoder SP3. This is the same CCX engine used to encode many commercial Hollywood DVD titles. The encoder is extremely fast, yet adaptive in its processing, producing awesome picture quality.

For real-time capture to MPEG1 and MPEG2, we use Digital Rapids and Optibase encoders. The result is rock-solid AV sync over a two-hour encode and good low-bitrate quality when desired.

For video capture targeted to streaming video platforms, we use Digital Rapids to offer encoding to Windows Media, On2 Flash Video, Flash AVC and most mobile device platforms.

Turnaround is generally less than a week, depending upon the extent of the project.
